Our Support for Young Epilepsy + What’s Ahead in 2026

Happy New Year 2026

As we stepped into the New Year, The Independent featured Pepperfit in its “Strive for Success in 2026 and Beyond” guide, highlighting our ethos around movement, wellbeing and giving back.

The article mentioned that throughout 2026, Pepperfit will support Young Epilepsy through daily step challenges and long-distance treks, sharing the journey along the way.

With that, I wanted to properly update on the commitment we have in place — for wellness, for supporting a charity doing important work, and for starting to share more of the story behind it.

What We Said — and What We’ve Done

Last November, we announced our decision to support Young Epilepsy, an organisation providing vital support, education and wellbeing services to children and young people living with epilepsy.

From the beginning, I didn’t want this to be a one-off statement. Since that initial announcement, we’ve continued with ongoing monthly donations, as part of Pepperfit’s commitment to doing something sustained rather than seasonal.

This support reflects not just a moment, but a consistent decision to contribute to an organisation making a real difference for families navigating a complex condition.

What This Means for Pepperfit

At Pepperfit, Naturally Active isn’t just a slogan. It’s a way of thinking about movement, daily rhythm, recovery and responsibility.

It’s not about extremes or performance culture, but about consistent, sustainable engagement with body, mind and community.

Supporting Young Epilepsy fits into that wider framework, because it reminds us how varied people’s journeys with movement and wellbeing can be. Some are athletic, some are gentle, and many are quietly brave every single day.

My 100km Walk — Shared in Real Time

I’m also preparing for a 100 km continuous walk this year.

I’ve done this nine times previously, so while it isn’t new to me personally, it is new territory for many in the Pepperfit audience. This time, I plan to share more of that journey openly through Pepperfit’s social media channels.

Not as a performance challenge, but as an example of:

*how we build movement into everyday life,

*how we balance training with recovery,

*and how we keep going, step by step.

I’ll be sharing training snippets, routines and reflections over the coming weeks and months. If you’d like to follow along, you can find us on Instagram or TikTok.

Thank You — and What Comes Next

We’ll continue to support Young Epilepsy quietly and consistently throughout the year, and we’ll keep sharing updates on the wellness journey — both mine and the wider Pepperfit community’s — as we go.

Thank you to everyone who supports Pepperfit, whether through community, curiosity, feedback or by choosing our products. It’s that support which makes commitments like this possible.

Here’s to staying naturally active — in body, mind and community — throughout 2026.

Fiona
