Rest

Rest (formerly known as Relax) is a warming and relaxing blend of essential oils and Arnica for tense, tired and overworked muscles and minds. Rest will optimise a healthy immune system (which is often depleted through hard work and overtraining), aid relaxation and promote a good nights sleep.  

Rest may be used:

  • after sport or a demanding day when you need to unwind physically and mentally and enjoy a good nights sleep
    • to support the immune system
  • from the age of 12 years
  • by professionals and for self treatment
