Office Hours
Our offices are open from 10am to 5pm Mon - Thurs, and 10am to 1pm Friday. We are closed on Bank Holidays.
Christmas and New Year closure 2023/4. Our office will closed on Wednesday 20th December at midday in order to process all Christmas orders for posting via Royal Mail. We will re-open on Monday 8th January 2024

Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change your order after you have placed it, please contact us as soon as possible. It may not always be possible to cancel or change your order depending on whether it has already been completed or dispatched.
Taxes and import duties
Our products are subject to VAT at the current rate unless you are ordering from outside Europe. Prices shown on this site VAT. Our VAT number is 979 3532 68
