It is especially useful for treating scar tissue.  relax will optimise a healthy immune system (which is often depleted through hard work and overtraining), aid relaxation and promote a good nights sleep.    It is based in grapeseed and sunflower oils which are high in linoelic acid, an Omega 6 essential fatty acid and contains Vitamin E - a powerful anti oxidant.  They are nourishing to the skin, easily absorbed and do not leave a residue.
