Rest Body & Massage Oil contains a warming blend of essential oils and Arnica to relax the body and calm tense, tired and overworked muscles and minds. It is especially useful for treating scar tissue.  Rest will optimise a healthy immune system (which is often depleted through hard work and overtraining), aid relaxation and promote a good nights sleep.    It is based in grapeseed and sunflower oils which are high in linoelic acid, an Omega 6 essential fatty acid and contains Vitamin E - a powerful anti oxidant.  They are nourishing to the skin, easily absorbed and do not leave a residue.
