Directions:  

Massage or smooth on the skin. Re-apply as required. May be used

- under strapping and taping

- as an initial application of rescue's therapeutic ingredients before massage with any of the Pepperfit body & massage oils, 

- and in conjunction with hot or cold packs. 

Ideal for application prior to myofascial release techniques. 

Tip: Apply and allow to absorb prior to undertaking physiotherapy foam roller exercises and stretches.
