Zen is Pepperfit’s blend for calm focus, decompression and the moments when you need to slow the pace without switching off completely.

It was created for busy minds, overstimulating days and routines that need more steadiness. Zen is softer than Boost, lighter than Rest and designed to sit comfortably between activity and complete wind-down.

The blend combines Frankincense, Cedarwood, Lavandin, Roman Chamomile and Neroli. Together, they create a dry, gently aromatic blend with soft floral notes and a grounded woody base.

Why these oils are combined

Frankincense

Frankincense forms the centre of Zen. Its dry, resinous aroma brings depth and clarity, helping the blend feel calm without becoming heavy.

Cedarwood

Cedarwood adds structure and steadiness. Its soft woody character grounds the blend and gives Zen a composed, settled finish.

Lavandin

Lavandin brings freshness and a clean floral-herbal note. It keeps Zen suitable for daytime routines and prevents the deeper oils from feeling too dense.

Roman Chamomile

Roman Chamomile softens the blend. Its rounded, gentle aroma smooths the sharper edges and adds a reassuring quality.

Neroli

Neroli gives Zen a small amount of brightness. Its delicate floral-citrus character lifts the composition and creates space within the deeper woody notes.

Zen is built around balance.

Frankincense and Cedarwood create a steady foundation. Lavandin adds freshness, Roman Chamomile brings softness and Neroli gives the blend a subtle lift.

The Roll-on will use a separate portable oil base intended for light application to the recommended areas.
