Directions For Use

Apply a small amount to the desired area and massage gently into the skin.
Ideal for use after exercise, sport, or physical activity, or whenever your muscles feel worked. Can also be used under taping and strapping and in conjunction with hot or cold packs. Ideal for application prior to myofascial release techniques and as an initial application before massage with any of the Pepperfit Body & Massage Oils
