boost body & massage oil contains a vibrant blend of essential oils and Arnica to energise the body and focus the mind. boost will help to optimise and maintain healthy muscle tissue by stimulating the circulation; it is invigorating, light and refreshing and will promote a positive mental attitude.  It is based in grapeseed and sunflower oils which are high in linoelic acid, an Omega 6 essential fatty acid and contains Vitamin E - a powerful anti-oxidant.  They are nourishing to the skin, easily absorbed and do not leave a residue.

Directions:  Massage all over the body or in specific areas in need of boost.  Re-apply as required. 

Tip: For a cooling application of rescue prior to massage, we recommend applying rescue muscle gel to specific areas in need of relief prior to massaging with any blend of our body and massage oils.
